Maija Arvena is an actress who was born on September 6, 1988. She graduated with honours in 2015 with a Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts (Acting for Film) from the New York Film Academy.
During her time in America, she starred in various film projects and short films, the most well-known ones being from directors M. Bershad and M. Kulnselmen. She featured in the band The Long Island's video with stars such as rapper P. Diddy and actor P. Rudd, which has reached over 25 million views. In 2016, she was in the TV series "Viņas melo labāk” (“Women Lie Better"), and as a film actress she made her debut in the epic film "The Ring of Kings" (“Nameja Gredzens”), in which she starred alongside both Latvian and European movie stars such as Edvin Enre and James Bloor.
